Do any of these situations sound familiar?

They are problems many businesses only discover once they are already costing them money.

Risk and continuity

  • If you lost your company's data tomorrow, do you know whether you could get it back?
  • If your systems stopped working, how long could you afford to be at a standstill?
  • Do you know who has access to your business's most important information?

Dependencies and control

  • If the person who looks after your IT left tomorrow, who could take over?
  • Do you know exactly what you are paying your IT provider and what they are doing for you?
  • When something breaks, does someone take responsibility for fixing it, or does everyone pass the buck?

Time and money

  • Are you paying for tools, licences or services you no longer need?
  • How many hours does your team lose every week on tasks that could be automated?
  • Does your business rely on old software that nobody dares to touch?

You don't need to know all the answers. You need to know someone has them under control.

I help you identify risks, unnecessary costs and technology dependencies so you can decide with clear information.

Why Firmaltus exists

For more than eight years I made sure the systems of organisations like HBX Group, Valencia Airport and Eurotrol ran without interruptions, and I have done projects in hospitals. I saw how many decisions were made blind because nobody explained them clearly. That is why I started Firmaltus: to give you that clarity.

Firmaltus Diagnosis

What you have and what to fix first.

A report with evidence, not opinions, and a delivery date we set before we start.

What I used to do inside companies, now as an external second opinion.

What I review

  1. 01

    Security and access

Who can get in, accounts of former employees and two-step verification.

  2. 02

    Backups and recovery

Not whether they are set up, but whether you could really get your data back.

  3. 03

    Licences and costs

What you pay versus what is actually used.

  4. 04

    Equipment and infrastructure

What is outdated and what could bring everything down if it fails.

  5. 05

    Documentation

If your provider left tomorrow, could anyone carry on?

  6. 06

    Providers and contracts

Automatic renewals, and whether the domain and accounts are in your name.

If anything agreed is missing, I fix it for free within the timeframe we set; if not, I give you your money back.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to change provider?

No. Your provider keeps doing support and is part of the diagnosis: I talk to them and give them the chance to correct any incorrect information before you get the report.

Do I have to tell my provider?

It is not mandatory: the business and the systems are yours. Even so, it is usually better to let them know, because it goes faster and the result is more complete. A good provider cooperates without any problem, and if one takes it badly, that already tells you something.

What does the diagnosis include?

Interviews with the people responsible; a read-only review of systems, Microsoft 365, backups, access and network; a review of technology contracts and invoices; one main site; a report with a map, evidence-based findings and an action plan with estimated costs; and a review meeting with management. The delivery date is agreed before we start. Optional extras: additional sites, a deeper security review, detailed contract analysis or a process map for automation.

How much does it cost?

It depends on size and scope. After the call I send you a proposal with the written scope and a fixed price, before you commit to anything. Part is paid at the start and the rest on delivery.

How much of my time will it take?

Only what is needed: a few interviews with the key people, agreed in the proposal, and a final meeting. I talk to your providers myself.

What if the report does not meet what was agreed?

It is accepted if it includes what the proposal says: the map of systems and dependencies, findings with evidence and priority, the action plan with estimated costs and the review meeting. If anything is missing, I fix it for free within the timeframe we set; if not, I give you your money back.

Is it a security audit or a certification?

No. It is not a penetration test, a legal opinion or a certification. If I see you need something like that, I tell you and explain why.
