What data we process
This site has no user accounts, no database and no analytics tools. When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent by email to support@firmaltus.com. They are not stored on the website and are used only to reply to you. If direct sending is unavailable, the form prepares the email in your own email program and you decide whether to send it.
We only process the data you give us when you contact us: name, email address and the content of your message, plus anything else you choose to include.
Purpose
To answer your enquiries, prepare and send proposals and, if you become a client, manage the business relationship. We do not profile you or make automated decisions, and we do not send marketing communications without your consent.
Legal basis
Your consent when you contact us (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Once a contract exists, also compliance with legal obligations such as tax rules (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the applicable legal periods (for example, six years for commercial records and four for tax records).
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The following providers act as data processors to deliver the service:
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365): email.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery, and sending contact form messages.
International transfers
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. They do so under the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to support@firmaltus.com. We may ask you to verify your identity.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This site does not use first- or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or personalisation, and loads no external resources: fonts are served from our own domain. That is why no cookie banner is shown.
The hosting provider may use strictly technical elements needed for security and delivery of the site, which are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE. If other cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and your prior consent requested.
