If the network fails, everything stops. I organise your office network, Wi-Fi, firewall and VPNs so they work, are separated by use and warn you before something breaks.

I don't provide user support or device maintenance: your provider does that.

Does all the equipment have to be replaced?
Not necessarily. I review what you have first; often it's enough to configure it properly and replace only what can't cope.
Can I connect securely from home?
Yes, with a VPN and multi-factor authentication. I leave it configured and documented for each person.
What if a change goes wrong?
Every firewall or switch change is planned with a rollback plan and, when needed, outside working hours.
How do I hire you and how much does it cost?
A project with a fixed scope and price, or as part of the monthly engagement. Before starting I send you a written proposal with the scope and a fixed price. The first call is free.
