Where I work
IT consultancy in Valencia and nearby towns, at your office
I work with businesses in Valencia city and the surrounding towns. Interviews and the network review happen at your premises; the rest is done remotely and read-only, to take as little of your time as possible.
Where do I go in person?
- Valencia city.
- Paterna, including the Technology Park and Fuente del Jarro.
- Riba-roja de Túria.
- Llíria and la Pobla de Vallbona, in Camp de Túria.
- Elsewhere in the province of Valencia: let's discuss it on the call.
Across the rest of Europe I work remotely, in Spanish or English: the assessment can be done almost entirely at a distance.
What happens at your office and what remotely?
On site
- Interviews with management and whoever runs your IT, in-house or at your provider.
- Looking at the network, Wi-Fi, comms cabinet and servers, if any.
- Seeing how people work at their desks: PCs, printers and access.
- The report review meeting with management.
Remote
- Read-only review of Microsoft 365, access and backups.
- Review of licences, contracts and technology invoices.
- Writing the report and the prioritised plan.
Already have an IT provider?
There's no need to switch. The IT Assessment is an independent second opinion: your provider supplies data and read access, and the conclusions are mine. If you later decide to switch, I'll explain the order to do it in.
What do I review?
IT security
Email, PCs and access in order, using what you already pay for.
Microsoft 365
Who gets in, what stays open, and which licences you already pay for.
Windows Server and Active Directory
Servers and accounts documented, so someone else can carry on.
Virtualisation and backup
Know whether you can get back to work, and how long it takes.
Networking
Office, Wi-Fi and working from home, kept stable.
Automation and AI
Copying data, new starters and reports, often with what you already pay for.
Frequently asked questions
Do you come to my office?
Yes, in Valencia city and nearby towns: Paterna, Riba-roja de Túria, Llíria, la Pobla de Vallbona and the surrounding area. Further away, let's discuss it on the call.
Can it all be done remotely?
Almost all of it. The technical review is read-only and remote, and interviews can be video calls. Seeing the network and devices in person gives a more complete picture.
Do you provide support or device repair?
Your provider keeps the day-to-day for users and devices. I review, put things in order and, if we agree, do the project.
How do I start?
With a 30-minute call, free and with no commitment. If it fits, we agree the scope, date and a fixed price in writing before starting.
